Terms of Service
Effective date: 22 September 2026. These terms apply to use of LTN Mobile AI unless a separate written agreement applies.
1. Authorized use
Users may access LTN Mobile AI only with authorization from the business that controls the relevant workspace. Users must keep credentials secure and may not attempt to bypass access controls.
2. Connected accounts
You may connect only social, messaging or business accounts that you are authorized to manage. Use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s terms, policies, permissions and approval requirements.
3. Customer communications
Businesses are responsible for the content of messages sent through LTN, for obtaining any required consent, and for complying with platform messaging rules and applicable law.
4. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Businesses should select an appropriate approval or manual workflow for sensitive communications and remain responsible for messages sent to customers.
5. Security and availability
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the service, but no online system can guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security. Maintenance, third-party platform changes and external outages may affect availability.
6. Prohibited use
- Unauthorized access to accounts or data.
- Spam, fraud, harassment or illegal activity.
- Attempts to interfere with service security or platform restrictions.
- Connecting accounts without permission from their legitimate controller.
7. Third-party platforms
Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo and other platform names belong to their respective owners. LTN is an independent software platform and availability of an integration may change based on third-party APIs, approvals and policies.
8. Suspension
Access may be suspended where necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, or respond to material misuse.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
